• The Bot Messages module allows users to customize and manage various message configurations of their bots within the talkk.ai platform. This includes updating the bot’s sorry messages, enabling or disabling bot citations, recommendations, and the leave-a-message form. By tailoring these message settings, users can enhance the bot’s responsiveness, provide contextual references, offer actionable recommendations, and facilitate user feedback, thereby improving overall user interaction and satisfaction. All changes done in this module will reflect on the bot once the bot is published.
