- System FAQs

- Characteristics:
- Non-Deleteable: System FAQs cannot be deleted to ensure essential information remains intact.
- Editable: Users can edit the content of system FAQs to tailor them to specific needs.
- Custom FAQs
- Description: User-generated FAQs that can be created, edited, or deleted based on specific requirements.
- Characteristics:
- Fully Manageable: Users have full control over adding, editing, and deleting custom FAQs.
- System FAQs

- Description: Users can create new FAQs by providing questions and configuring corresponding bot responses.
