- Accessing the Create Bot Screen
- No Existing Bots:
- Click the “Create Bot” button on the main dashboard.
- Existing Bots Present:
- Click on the bot dropdown menu and select “Create Bot” to navigate to the bot creation screen.
- No Existing Bots:
- Creating a Bot
- Select Bot Avatar:
- Choose a predefined avatar from the available options or upload a custom image (maximum size: 5 MB).
- Enter Bot Details:
- Bot Name: Enter a unique, 10-character name without spaces.
- Bot Description: Provide a brief description of the bot’s purpose.
- Bot Prompt: Define the bot’s behavior and interaction style.
- Submit Creation:
- Click the “Create Bot” button to finalize the bot creation process.
- Select Bot Avatar:
- Post-Creation Actions
- Add Knowledge Base: Follow the prompts to integrate a knowledge base with the newly created bot.
- Navigate to Other Flows: Choose to proceed to other modules or functionalities as needed.
