3.10.5 Business Rules and Validations

• Mandatory Fields:
  • Rule: All fields related to enabling the hands-off feature are required to ensure comprehensive configuration.
  • Validation: Users cannot enable the hands-off feature unless all required fields (Message When Agent Not Available, Waiting For Agent To Transfer Message 1, 2, and 3) are filled with valid data.
  • Error Handling: Display error messages for any missing or invalid fields, preventing the save action until resolved.
• Agent Messages Requirements:
  • Rule:
    • Message When Agent Not Available: Must be provided to inform users when no agent is available.
    • Waiting For Agent To Transfer Messages (1, 2, 3): Must be provided to guide users through the agent transfer process.
  • Validation:
    • Ensure that all agent messages are non-empty and adhere to any content guidelines.
  • Error Handling:
    • If any of the required messages are missing, display an error message prompting the user to complete them.
