3.7.3 Operational Details

• Usage Instructions:
  • 1. Accessing the Bot Profile Module:
    • Navigate to Bot Space -> Bot Profile from the sidebar menu.
  • 2. Updating Bot Profile Details:
    • Bot Profile Picture:
      • Choose between uploading a custom image or selecting a predefined avatar.
      • If uploading an image:
        • Click the “Upload Image” button.
        • Select a valid image file (formats: .jpg, .png, .gif) not exceeding 2 MB.
        • Click “Upload” to set the image as the bot’s profile picture.
      • If selecting a predefined avatar:
        • Browse through the available avatars.
        • Click on the desired avatar to select it.
    • Bot Prompt:
      • Locate the Bot Prompt field.
      • Enter a clear and concise prompt that defines the bot’s behavior and interaction style.
    • Bot Nickname:
      • Locate the Bot Nickname field.
      • Enter a unique nickname for the bot.
  • 3. Saving Changes:
    • After filling in all required fields, click the “Submit” button to apply the updates.
    • Note: Ensure that all validations pass; otherwise, address any displayed error messages before saving.
