• Accessing the Channel Integration – WhatsApp Module
  • Description: Users can access the Channel Integration – WhatsApp module through the following pathway:
  • Navigation Path: Click on Bot Space -> Channel Integrations -> WhatsApp from the sidebar menu.
• Types of Integrations
  • Description: The module supports four types of WhatsApp Business API integrations, each requiring specific credentials based on the chosen provider.
  • Integration Providers and Required Fields:
    • Gupshup:
      • Fields:
        • HSM Account ID: Enter the HSM (Highly Structured Messages) Account ID provided by Gupshup.
        • HSM Account Password: Enter the corresponding password for the HSM Account.
        • 2Way Account ID: Enter the 2Way Account ID for two-way messaging capabilities.
        • 2Way Account Password: Enter the corresponding password for the 2Way Account.
    • Karix:
      • Fields:
        • Authorization Token: Enter the Authorization Token provided by Karix for API access.
    • cm.com:
      • Fields:
        • API Key: Enter the API Key provided by cm.com for WhatsApp Business API integration.
    • Meta:
      • Fields:
        • Business ID: Enter the Business ID associated with your Meta (formerly Facebook) account.
        • Access Token: Enter the Access Token for authenticating API requests.
        • WhatsApp Business Account ID: Enter the specific ID for your WhatsApp Business Account.
• Phone Number Configuration
  • Description: Add the phone number associated with your WhatsApp Business Account to enable chatbot interactions.
  • Functionalities:
    • Phone Number Entry: Input field to enter the WhatsApp-associated phone number.
    • Verification: Ensure that the phone number is verified and correctly linked to the WhatsApp Business Account.
• Short URL and QR Code Generation
  • Description: Generate short URLs and QR codes to facilitate easy access and sharing of the WhatsApp-integrated chatbot.
  • Functionalities:
    • Generate QR Button:
      • Action: Clicking the “Generate QR” button displays a QR code associated with the chatbot.
      • Short Code Alias: Option to create or edit a short code alias for the generated QR code to customize its appearance or tracking.
    • Generate Code Button:
      • Action: Clicking the “Generate Code” button displays a script that can be embedded into any website to integrate the web chatbot seamlessly.
      • Script Details: The generated script includes all necessary configurations to embed and initialize the chatbot on external websites.
