3.13.3 Operational Details

• Usage Instructions:
  • Accessing the CSAT Form Module:
    1. Navigate to Bot Space -> Bot Configuration -> CSAT Form from the sidebar menu.
  • Enabling CSAT Form:
    1. Locate the CSAT Form toggle switch.
    2. Enable CSAT Form: Toggle the switch to ON to activate CSAT feedback collection.
    3. Disable CSAT Form: Toggle the switch to OFF to deactivate CSAT feedback collection.
  • Creating a CSAT Form:
    1. Click the “Create CSAT Form” button.
    2. Add Fields:
       • Rating:
         • Click “Add Field” and select “Rating”.
         • Enter the label and validation message for the rating field.
       • Custom Questions, Dropdown, Selection, Message:
         • Click “Add Field” and select the desired field type.
         • Define the question text, options, labels, and validation messages as required.
    3. Customize Fields:
       • Edit labels to match your branding.
       • Set custom validation messages to guide user input.
    4. Preview the Form:
       • Utilize the preview section on the right to visualize and interact with the form.
    5. Submit:
       • After configuring all fields, click the “Submit” button to finalize the CSAT form.
       • Note: Ensure all required fields are filled to avoid validation errors.
  • Editing an Existing CSAT Form:
    1. Locate the desired CSAT form in the listing.
    2. Click each line item.
    3. Make necessary changes to fields, labels, or validation messages.
    4. Click “Submit” to apply updates.
  • Deleting a CSAT Form:
    1. Locate the CSAT form you wish to delete.
    2. Click the “Delete” button next to the form.
    3. Confirm the deletion in the prompt.
    4. Note: Ensure that the form is not actively used or linked to ongoing campaigns before deletion.
