- Bot Creation Limit
- Rule: Each company has a limit on the number of bots they can create based on their subscription plan.
- Validation:
- Before allowing bot creation, check the current number of bots against the company’s subscription limit.
- If the limit is reached, prevent further bot creation and display an appropriate error message or disable the “Create Bot” button.
- Bot Name Requirements
- Rule: Bot names must be unique, contain no spaces, and be maximum 10 characters long.
- Validation:
- Ensure that the entered bot name does not already exist within the company’s bot list.
- Validate that the bot name does not contain any spaces and is maximum 10 characters in length.
- Display error messages for any violations.
- Bot Avatar Requirements
- Rule: Bot avatars must be unique within the company and should not exceed 5 MB in size.
- Validation:
- Check that the selected or uploaded avatar is not already in use by another bot within the company.
- Validate that the avatar image size does not exceed the 5 MB limit.
- Display error messages for any violations.
- Mandatory Fields
- Rule: All fields (Bot Avatar, Bot Name, Bot Description, Bot Prompt) are required.
- Validation:
- Ensure that users cannot proceed with bot creation unless all required fields are filled.
- Display error messages for any missing fields.
