3.16.3 Operational Details

• Usage Instructions:
  • Accessing the Version Log Module:
    • Navigate to Bot Space -> Version Logs from the sidebar menu.
    • Alternatively, use the quick menu on the home screen to access the Version Log module directly.
  • Viewing the Timeline:
    • Upon accessing the module, a timeline view of all bot versions will be displayed.
    • Each version will be marked with its current status (Active, Pending, In Progress, Failed).
  • Accessing Detailed Information:
    • Click on a specific version entry in the timeline to open its detailed view.
    • Review all relevant information, including version number, training and publishing dates, status history, and failed reasons if applicable.
  • Taking Action on Failed Versions:
    • For versions marked as Failed, review the Failed Reason to understand the cause.
    • Address the identified issues and initiate a retraining or republishing process as necessary.
