• The Inactivity Timeout module allows users to configure automated messages that the bot sends after periods of user inactivity. This feature ensures that users receive timely prompts, follow-ups, or closure messages based on predefined time intervals, enhancing user engagement and providing a structured conversational flow. By setting inactivity timeouts, users can maintain proactive communication, address user disengagement, and gracefully close conversations when necessary. All changes done in this module will reflect on the bot once the bot is published.
