- Accessing the Inactivity Timeout Module:
- Description: Users can access the Inactivity Timeout module through the following pathway:
- Navigation Path: Click on Bot Space → Bot Configuration → Inactivity Timeout from the sidebar menu
- Configuring Inactivity Timeout Messages:
- Description: Users can set up a series of messages that the bot will send after specific periods of user inactivity.
- Functionalities:
- First Follow-Up Message:
- Trigger Time: Sent after a predefined number of minutes of user inactivity.
- Message Content: Custom message to prompt user engagement.
- Second Follow-Up Message:
- Trigger Time: Sent after a longer period of inactivity following the first message.
- Message Content: Additional prompt to re-engage the user.
- Close Conversation Message:
- Trigger Time: Sent after the final period of inactivity.
- Message Content: Message indicating the closure of the conversation.
