  • Functionalities:
    • User List: View details such as User ID, Name, Email, Phone Number, Interaction History, and User Type (Guest or Customer).
    • Search Functionality: Utilize the search bar to find specific users based on keywords or identifiers.
• Filtering Users:
  • Description: Users can apply quick filters to categorize users based on their authentication status.
  • Functionalities:
    • Guest Users: Filter to view users who interacted with the bot without authentication.
    • Customers: Filter to view authenticated users who have interacted with the bot.
