- Accessing the URL Module
- Via Sidebar:
- Navigate to Bot Space -> Knowledge Hub -> URL from the sidebar menu.
- Via Quick Menu:
- Use the quick menu on the home screen to access the URL module directly.
- Via Sidebar:
- Adding a Website URL
- Click the “Add URL” button.
- Enter the desired website URL in the provided field.
- Click “Submit” to initiate the URL validation process.
- Choosing Sitemap Generation Method
- Automatic Sitemap Generation:
- Select the “Generate Sitemap Automatically” option.
- Click the “Resync” button to initiate a fresh sitemap scan.
- The system begins scanning the website to identify and collect all accessible sub-URLs.
- Upon completion, the collected URLs are listed for integration.
- Note: The sitemap generation process is limited to 5,000 URLs. If this limit is exceeded, an error message is displayed.
- Manual URL Addition:
- Select the “Add URLs Manually” option.
- Enter each desired sub-URL in the provided fields.
- Click “Add” to include the sub-URLs in the knowledge base.

- Deleting a URL:
- Click the “Delete” button next to the desired URL and confirm the deletion.
- Viewing URL Listings:
- Click on a specific URL from the listing to expand and view all sub-URLs under the main website.
- Activating/Deactivating URLs:
- Click the “Activate” or “Deactivate” button next to the desired URL to toggle its status.
- Active URLs: Used for bot training.
- Inactive URLs: Excluded from bot training.
